Grounded in experience and compassion
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience supporting individuals in their pursuit of a more fulfilling life, I bring a deep understanding of the dynamics of personal growth and transformation. I obtained my Master of Social Work degree from Hunter College School of Social Work, and my foundational training in the diverse settings of New York City – including schools, colleges, and mental health clinics – has provided me with a comprehensive perspective on the many facets of well-being. My approach to therapy is holistic, considering the intricate connection between the individual, their environment, and their unique experiences.
Evidence-based tools for deep healing
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and currently working towards certification, offering a powerful avenue for addressing past experiences that may be limiting your present. My training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) equips me with practical tools to help you navigate challenging emotions and align your actions with your values as you actively create the changes you seek.

Online and in-person sessions are available for individuals in Texas and New York, providing flexible support as you embark on this transformative path. I also offer online sessions for those in New York.
